How to Buy

If you have an approved Sekard Technology Dealer located in your region we ask that you first contact that dealer to purchase products.

Where there is no local dealer, or where a dealer is unable to supply the products required, we are happy to supply direct to the customer. We accept payment by Mastercard or Visa credit cards and we can ship products to most destinations Worldwide.

We do not currently operate an integrated e-commerce system on our website, but we can take orders and accept payments efficiently and safely by phone, fax or mail order. To purchase products from us please follow these instructions.

1. View the Product Range

Please navigate our website and view the information pages. This will provide you with general information on Sekard Technology plus specific information on each lure in our range including head styles, sizes, head colours, skirt colours, etc. If you have any questions or need any advice please e-mail us and we will be pleased to help. 2. Make Your Choice and Contact Us

Choose the products you wish to purchase and contact us with a detailed list of the items you require. It is usually easier and more convenient for customers to contact us by e-mail using sales@sekard.demon.co.uk.

We are always pleased to speak with our customers on the telephone but please note that we are based in the UK and international callers in different time zones should make their call within UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, UK time).

3. Include This Information in Your Enquiry

Please include the following information in your e-mail enquiry.

Name

Address

Telephone number

A detailed list of the products required - for each lure please state the following:-

Lure Type

Size

Head Colour

Choice of HARD or SOFT head

Skirt Colour

For medium size lures only also state your choice of HEAVY or LIGHT skirts

DO NOT include any credit card or payment details at this stage

4. We Send You a Quotation

When we receive your e-mail enquiry we will reply with a personal written quotation. This quotation will carry a unique quotation reference number and will detail the full cost of the products requested plus shipping charges and VAT if applicable (VAT applicable only to UK and European Union customers). You will also be notified of the estimated lead time from order confirmation to dispatch of goods.

5. Confirm Your Order

If you are happy with the quotation and wish to proceed with the purchase please e-mail us to confirm your order. Please state your quotation number in all correspondence.

6. Make Payment

You must now make payment. We accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards. For security reasons we strongly advise against sending credit card details by e-mail, customers who send personal financial details to us by e-mail do so entirely at their own risk.

To make payment customers may telephone with their credit card details or they can print off our credit card payment form and send this to us by mail or fax.

7. We Confirm Receipt of Payment

When payment has been received we will send a confirmation e-mail.

8. We Notify of Dispatch

When the goods are dispatched we will send a notification e-mail.
