Broadsword
The Broadsword is our version of the classic Hawaiian “Super Plunger” style lure.
If you are looking for a “Super Plunger” then the Broadsword is as good as it gets! Need we say more?!
Lures with an angled face, such as the Broadsword, do require a little more care and attention with the rigging and positioning of the lure to make sure they perform to their best. An internal weight is incorporated just below the centre-line of the lure to help achieve perfect balance. The Broadsword will work well in all sea conditions.
The large size Broadsword is best run on the short corner, long corner or short rigger. The medium and small sizes can be run in any position.
The large size is primarily a Marlin lure but the medium and small sizes are excellent for all game fish species including Blue, Black and Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Wahoo and all Tuna species. Just pick the size to match the prevalent bait and intended target species.
All Broadsword lures are available with a choice of HARD or SOFT heads and with a choice of head colours - Black, White, Purple, Blue or Green.
