All goods are shipped direct from our European Technology Centre using
Express Airmail.
We aim to carry all advertised standard products in stock and to ship
goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order (weekends excluded).
Delivery times will vary slightly depending on the destination country.
Based on previous experience, examples of typical delivery times to popular
destinations are detailed below, these are measured from the day of shipping.

We have a single fixed shipping charge that covers packaging and shipping
by Express Airmail. This charge applies to any number or value of products
ordered and to any destination Worldwide. The only limitation affecting
our standard shipping service is that the destination country must have
an operational national mail delivery service. We will contact you at
the time of order if there are any issues concerning delivery of your
order.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING CHARGE £6.95
All import taxes and duties payable in the destination country are the
sole responsibility of the customer.
European customers ordering goods for delivery to any European Community
(EU) member state country must note that VAT (value added tax) will be
added to your order at the rate of 17.5%. Customers outside the European
Community (EU) will not be charged VAT.
When filling out the delivery details section of the order form please
take care to provide FULL address details including your ZIP, Area or
Postcode and a daytime telephone number. Please note we can only deliver
to a street address and not to a PO Box or direct to a boat.
All packages will require a signature upon delivery. If your address
is typically unoccupied during weekday business hours you may prefer to
provide us with an alternative delivery address where a person may be
available to accept delivery. This option is available when filling out
the shipping details section.
Refund Policy
Sekard Technology have absolute confidence that our products will provide
complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with the products you receive
you may return them to Sekard Technology and we will provide a full refund.
Sekard Technology strive to continuously improve our products and customer
service and welcome your comments and feedback. Should you wish to return
goods to us we ask that you first contact us by e-mail (sales@sekard.com)
stating your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and giving
a brief description of the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will then
issue you with a Returned Goods Code and the appropriate returned goods
shipping address.
